Ms. Blessing Goodluck
Dep. Governor CBN
Uh oh. Dear Ms Blessing Goodluck, you have a very fake name.
If you are faking to be communicating to anyone from Central Bank of Nigeria, quit using these shady emails.
In fact, if you were working for Central Bank of Nigeria, I am pretty sure their webmail access policies would be at least as anal as I've heard they have at Morgan Stanley. No webmail for you, if you need that spelled out.
If I was supposed to be paid $9 million USD by CBN, I think you would have honestly called me.
Dear Blessing Goodluck, you have just managed to provide me the least original Central Bank of Nigeria scam that I have read in years. Even in 1990 no one would have fell for it.
